Overview of the Session setup

Sessions are created in the "My sessions" tab of the MeetingSphere portal.

From the Agenda dashboard, session setup is opened by highlighting the Agenda header and clicking the blue cogwheel in the toolbar.

Session setup is for all settings that apply to the whole session. This includes:

The toolbar provides for:

  Setup of the welcome screen (holding screen)

  Specification of the announced agenda

  Export of the session to file (*.mssf)

  Facilitation notes on the session
